# SC14405 Complete Baseband Processor for DECT Handsets
## General Description
️· CMOS chip for DECT handset audio, signal, and data processing.
️· Integrates ADPCM transcoder, low-power CODEC, and Analog Frontend.
️· Supports duplex handsfree operation.
️· Designed to be compatible with various radio designs.
️· Includes a TDMA controller for physical layer slot formats.
️· Features a CompactRISC microcontroller (CR16B) and 4kByte Flash memory.
️· Includes a 125-segment LCD controller.

️· DECT Baseband transceiver (ETS 300 175-2, 175-3 & 175-8 compliant)
️· Onboard voltage regulators (2.85V, 3.0-3.8V output).
️· Battery input: 2V-3.6V with step-up converter.
️· Battery monitor input: 3V-5.0V.
️· Advanced battery management unit.
️· Low power consumption in active and paging modes.
️· Programmable clock speed CompactRISC Microcontroller (CR16B).
️· 4k byte memory mapped Flash.
️· 128 kbyte Flash or factory programmed ROM FLASH.
️· 125-segment LCD controller (5 backplanes).
️· ACCESSBUST or MICROWIRE interfaces.
