# CXA2586M Photodetector IC
## Overview
· Photodetector IC for optical pickups in CD-ROM and DVD-ROM drives.
· Achieves a bandwidth of 100 MHz, supporting up to 12x DVD-ROM speeds and 60x+ CD-ROM speeds.
· Utilizes a newly developed P-42B process for improved speed and reduced noise.
## Features
· High Speed: 100 MHz bandwidth.
· Low Noise: -87 dBm (@54 MHz), -6dB reduction compared to previous models.
· On-Chip Summing Amplifier: Integrates a four-channel summing amplifier for channels A-D.
· Package: Miniature transparent SOP.

· Process: P-42B ultrahigh-speed high integration density bipolar process.
