## Optocoupler with Photodarlington Output
Description
· Consists of a phototransistor and infrared-emitting diode in a plastic package.
· Uses coplanar technique for fixed input/output distance and safety.
Applications
· Safe protective separation (reinforced isolation) for electrical shock.
· Suitable for mains voltages ≤ 300V and ≤ 600V (VDE 0884).
