# SBYD17D Rectifier
## General Description
️· Sintered glass junction, surface mounted rectifier.
️· Voltage: 200V
️· Current: 1.0A
️· GF1/ DO-214BA package.
## Features
️· Designed for surface mounting.
️· High-temperature metallurgically bonded.
️· Complies with environmental standard MIL-S-19500.
️· High-temperature soldering guaranteed (450℃ for 10 seconds).
️· Submersible temperature rating: 265℃ for 10 seconds.
## Mechanical Data
️· Plated terminals, solderable per MIL-STD 202, method 208C.
️· Case: UL-94 class V-0 flame retardant epoxy over glass.
️· Polarity indicated by a color band on the cathode end.
️· Marking: D17D.
## Electrical Characteristics
️· Maximum Recurrent Peak Reverse Voltage (Vrrm): 200V
️· Maximum RMS Voltage (Vrms): 140V
️· Maximum DC Blocking Voltage (Vdc): 200V
