► ±450°/sec and ±2000°/sec range options
► 2.0°/hr in-run bias stability (±450°/sec range)

► ±0.05° axis to axis misalignment error
► Triaxial digital accelerometer sensing
► ±8 g (ADIS16575), ±14 g (ADIS16576), ±40 g (ADIS16577)
► 2.9 μg in-run bias stability (±8 g range)
► Triaxial delta angle and delta velocity outputs
► Factory-calibrated sensitivity, bias, and axial alignment
► Calibration temperature range: −40°C to +85°C
► SPI-compatible data communications
► Programmable operation and control
► Automatic and manual bias correction controls
► Data ready indicator for synchronous data acquisition
► External synchronization of data sampling/processing
► On-demand self test of inertial sensors
► On-demand self test of flash memory
► Continuous real-time health monitoring of SRAM and sensors
► FIFO, 512 samples, up to 4 kHz sample rate
► Single-supply operation (VDD): 3.0 V to 3.6 V
► 2000 g mechanical shock survivability
► Operating temperature range: −40°C to +105°C
