Description
CS5181 is a fully calibrated high-speed ∆Σ analog-to-digital converter, capable of 625 kSamples/second output word rate (OWR). The OWR scales with the master clock. It consists of a 5th order ∆Σ modulator, decimation filter, and serial interface. The chip can use the 2.375 V on-chip voltage reference, or an external 2.5 V reference. The input voltage range is 1.6 × VREFIN Vpp fully differential.
