1 / 4 page  Revision 12/2017 1 of 4 www.appliedpowermicro.com Description The ASMF05C is a 5V TVS array, utilizing leading mono- lithic silicon technology to provide fast response time and low ESD clamping voltage, making this device an ideal solution for protecting voltage sensitive high-speed data lines. The ASMF05C complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with ±30kV air and ±30kV contact discharge. It is assembled into a 6-Pin lead-free SOT-363 package. The low clamping voltage array make it ideal for use in porta- ble electronics such as cell phones, PDAs, and digital cameras.
