Note:
1.
PI5USB30216D does not have offset byte. All registers must be read or written sequentially from 0x00. For example, in order to read
address 0x04, PI5USB30216D I2C registers must be read sequentially from 0x01, 0x02, 0x03 to 0x04. In order to write address 0x02, it
must be written sequentially from 0x01 to 0x02.
