CL = 50 pF minimum or equivalent (includes probe and jig capacitance).

RL = 500 Ω or equivalent.

•

Input signal from pulse generator: VIN = 0.0 V to VCC; PRR ≤ 1 MHz; ZO = 50 Ω; tr ≤ 3.0 ns; tf ≤ 3.0

respectively; duty cycle = 50 percent.

•

Timing parameters shall be tested at a minimum input frequency of 1 MHz.

•

The outputs are measured one at a time with one transition per measurement.
