16 k bytes)

Each block can be cleared independently.

PROM mode

Program can be stored/erased by using general

purpose PROM writer.

Serial mode (on-board mode)

Data can be read/written/erased from PC.

Copy mode

When the dedicated copy board is used, data

stored in PROM can be copied into the internal

flash memory.

To write data into the internal flash memory,

special adapter and board are required.
