To build a VCXO only one additional component, a crystal, is needed. FEATURES APPLICATIONS • Very small size • Minimal current consumption • Wide operating temperature range • Phase noise < -130 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset • CMOS (Square wave) output • VCXO for telecommunications systems • VCXO for set-top boxes • VCXO for MPEG BLOCK DIAGRAM Figure 1.
