Figure 44: Safe Operating Area
Figure 44 shows the safe operating condition. This
curve shows the input level vs. the input frequen-
cy. It’s necessary to consider this characteristic to
guarantee the design. In the dash-lined zone, the
consumption increases. Moreover, this increased
consumption could do damage to the chip if the
temperature increases.
