Figure 47. M24LR64E-R decision tree for AFI The AFI is programmed by the M24LR64E-R issuer (or purchaser) in the AFI register. Once programmed and locked, it can no longer be modified. The most significant nibble of the AFI is used to code one specific or all application families. The least significant nibble of the AFI is used to code one specific or all application subfamilies.
