Table 1 summarizes the modifications made to the pinout.

Pin 17
On the ST10F269, a decoupling capacitor of 330nF minimum has to be connected between
the pin 17 (named DC2) and the nearest VSS pin.
This is no longer the case for the ST10F272 device where pin 17 is a VDD pin.
Hardware impact
PCB must be adapted.
