inhibitinterfaceshouldbecapableofpullingtheconverter’s

inhibitpinbelow0.8Vwhilesinkingthemaximuminhibitcurrent

andalsoallowingtheinhibitpintofloathightoenablethe

converter.Avoltageshouldnotbeappliedtotheinhibitpin.The

opencircuitoutputvoltageassociatedwiththeinhibitpinis9to

11V.Intheinhibitmode,amaximumof4mAmustbesunkfrom

temperature221°C)topreventdamageduringreflow.Maximum

reflowtemperatureforsurfacemountingtheMGAconverteris

recommendedtypesofsolder.Handsolderingshouldnotexceed

300°Cfor10secondsperpin.
