

Features

* LCD driving port：8 Common output，36 Segment output

* 2wire serial interface (SCL, SDA)

* Integrated RAM for display data (DDRAM): 36×4bit

* Integrated Oscillation circuit

* Integrated Power supply circuit for LCD driving： 1/2 Bias ， 1/3

Bias, 1/4 Duty

* Low power consumption design

* Operation power supply :2.5~5.5V


