It begins by configuring PORTB as all outputs to drive the 8 LEDs and initializing a counter. Then it waits in an infinite loop until S2 is pressed. This increases the counter by one, and this number is displayed in binary on the LEDs. Once the count reaches FFh, the next S2 press will roll the count back to 00h.
