GPIO and GPIOCTL registers are available only in EPP mode. GPIOCTL register determines pin
GPIO1-7 is input mode or output mode, GPIO register is used to set the output data to pin GPIO1-7 or read
data from pin GPIO1-7 input.
GPIOnOE -
1= set pin GPIOn to output mode
0= set pin GPIOn to input mode
