Power Interruption
PI = 0
There has not been a power interruption since the last software
reset command.
PI = 1
A power interruption has been previously detected requiring the
DSLAC device to be completely reprogrammed. This bit is cleared
by issuing a software reset command.
Channel Status
CSTAT = 0
Channel is inactive (Standby mode).
CSTAT = 1
Channel is active.
