Example 1 Calculating the TimerXLoad value Note: The minimum valid value for TimerXLoad is 1. If TimerXload is set to 0 then an interrupt is generated immediately. Identification registers The dual timer module contains a set of read-only identification registers that can be used by software to identify the timer peripheral type and revision. Software can use this information to automatically configure itself. See Section 8.3: Programmer's model for details of the identification registers. 8.3 Programmer's model This section describes the registers of the dual timer module (SP804).
