79 / 88 page  DS12511 Rev 5 79/88 L99UDL01 Programmers guide 87 6.3.3 Register 11H (dynamic output state register) This register can be read (or read and cleared for diagnostic bits). This register reports the dynamic state of an output as seen at the falling edge of CSN as well as the External MOSFET controller fault status. EXTFx_y These bits provide fault diagnostic information for the external MOSFET drivers. Fault indication is limited to drain source faults. A VDS (drain-source voltage) fault is indicated if the Drain-Source voltage exceeds the programmed value (EXTx_VDSx) for longer than the VDS filtering time (tVDS_FILTER) the output is disabled and a fault code is set.
